As the nights begin to draw in and the kids head back to school, it feels like the perfect time
to say a huge thank you to everyone who supported us over the summer.
We’ve had a fantastic few months at the Ring O’ Bells, with the terrace buzzing, plenty of
sunshine, live music, great food and lots of familiar faces. We genuinely appreciate every
single visit.
Now it’s time to look ahead to one of our favourite times of the year — autumn at the Ring
O’ Bells and the build-up to Christmas! 🎄
Our Offer Nights Are Still Going Strong
There’s no need to save a trip to the pub for the weekend. Our popular weekday offers are
continuing throughout the autumn:

Great food, great value and a very good excuse for a midweek trip to the pub.
Live Music Moves Inside 🎶
Our Friday night live music has been as popular as ever this summer and it’s definitely not
stopping just because the nights are getting darker.
As autumn arrives, we’ll be moving the music back inside the pub, where you can enjoy
some brilliant local performers, a few drinks and that cosy Friday-night pub atmosphere.

Sundays Are About to Get Even Better
Sunday has always been a big day at the Ring O’ Bells — and autumn is when Sunday lunch
really comes into its own.
After all, what’s better on a Sunday than a hearty, locally sourced roast, maybe
accompanied by a cheeky glass of red, and finished off properly with pudding and custard?
Exactly. Not much.
As the weather cools down, we’re expecting Sundays to get even busier, so booking ahead is
definitely recommended.
New Menu Coming in October 🍽
We’ll also be making some seasonal changes to our menu in late October, bringing in some
new dishes perfect for the colder months while keeping plenty of your Ring O’ Bells
favourites.

Thursday 29th October – Hospice of the Good Shepherd Quiz Night
Another chance to put your knowledge to the test while raising money for a fantastic local
cause.
Thursday 3rd December – Christmas Wreath Making 🎄
The perfect way to get into the Christmas spirit and create something special for your front
door.

Christmas Is Coming! 🎄
It might only be autumn, but Christmas will be here before we know it! Our Christmas
Party Menu is out now and bookings are officially open. Whether it’s the office Christmas
party, a festive get-together with friends, or a family celebration, we’d love to help you
celebrate at the Ring O’ Bells. December is always one of our favourite times of the year and
the most popular dates fill up quickly, so get your party together and book early to secure
your preferred date. We can’t wait for another fantastic Christmas at the Ring O’ Bells!
Something New in the Wine Rack… 🍷
Finally, we’re delighted to announce that we’re switching our wine supply to local wine
merchants Tanner’s.
We’re really excited about the change and about developing our wine offering over the
coming months. It also gives us the opportunity to introduce some fantastic wine tasting
evenings at the Ring O’ Bells.

Summer may be coming to an end, but there’s plenty to look forward to at the Ring O’ Bells.
Cosy nights in the pub, live music, great-value offer nights, Sunday roasts, a new autumn
